Network/5G Kit
Fairwinds and PacStar have collaborated to develop a proof-of-concept demonstrating the integration of an LTE/5G Gateway with a Small Form Factor (SFF) networking kit (PacStar) that is also enabled by Starlink’s low earth orbit (LEO) satellites constellation.
This innovative system creates a self-healing, transport-agnostic multi-pathway architecture with applications for current field communications systems and future Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) devices.
The solution enhances end-to-end communications availability and resiliency for both fixed and mobile military users, effectively mitigating threats in diverse environments.
