Global Tactical Advanced Communication Systems (GTACS) II is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. The contract, which replaces the GTACS contract, is a $5.1 billion contract to provide software, hardware, and services for the Army’s Command, Control and Communications (C3) networks. The contract will be run by the Program Executive Office for Command, Control Communications-Tactical.
