ANNAPOLIS, Maryland (October 12, 2023) Fairwinds Technologies is very excited to welcome LaTasha Allen as a Deputy Program Manager.
A native of Richmond, VA, LaTasha is a graduate of the University of Phoenix where she earned her MBA. She began her career in project management in 2000 as the Senior Fiscal Technician/Project Administration working at Sodexho Campus Services. After moving from VA, LaTasha held the position of Senior Department Support Coordinator at Rockwell Collins / Datapath until 2014.
In 2014, she became Vice President, COO, and Program Manager at Frontline Management LLC where she developed and executed growth strategies, managed complex projects, and led a high-performing team of 40+ personnel. She has been successfully growing her career in the defense space for more than 15 years, consistently demonstrating her ability to manage cross-functional teams, balance conflicting priorities, and identifying and mitigating potential program risks.
In her free time, she likes to read mystery and crime novels. Her love of cooking and entertaining is apparent in her lavish gatherings. She finds calm among the chaos when planning and hosting events. And when the weather is suitable, you can find her riding her motorcycle.
