Fairwinds Technologies is delighted to announce the seventh anniversary of the company’s founding. To commemorate the event, employees are gathering next week in Annapolis for a company party and dinner celebration.
“I am incredibly proud of the work we have accomplished as a team,” says Jim Sprungle, CEO. “The past seven years have seen the award of multiple contracts, our first product launch, and increased sales, year over year. And we are on the cusp of more great things to come.”
Sprungle credits the company’s priority for smart growth versus rapid growth. This approach includes hand-picking the strongest candidates to join the company, ensuring a solid foundation. He also praises Fairwinds’ teamwork both within and between departments, which he sees as crucial for continued growth.
Fairwinds Technologies was founded by leaders from the Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial technology space who wanted to utilize the best of both backgrounds to deliver innovative products and exceptional services.
